  • 6. The Lead is uninsurable because of a severe physical impairment (where applicable and at iLeads discretion).
  • 7. Unless in the case of purchase Leads (new home), the Lead is not a homeowner, OR is a mobile home, co-op (when applicable).

Exclusive Lead Order(s):

Any non-exclusive lead return reason(s) plus:


  • 1. The Lead claims to be non-exclusive (contacted by another referral from iLeads).
  • 2. The Lead is either in underwriting, (Insurance Lead) OR in escrow (Mortgage Lead) at the time of their submission.

Aged Data Order(s):


  • 1. Aged Data leads are not replaceable
